Can intelligent conversation be seductive?

I wanted to start this blog as an alternative to all the blogs which utilize humour or tricks for seduction. Women who end up falling for me often tell me it is because they love my erudite conversation and they claim that intelligence is a turn-on. Playmate Victoria Zdrok in her book "Dr Z on Scoring: how to pick up, seduce and hook up with hot women" talks about centerfolds being routinely attracted to intellectuals. I want to hear from women if this is true.
